The service plan is administered by Volkswagen Financial Services, Freepost Audi Financial Services. Additionally, cover is valid for vehicles up to 8 years old and with up to 100,000 miles at the point of activation. Key cover and MOT cover are underwritten by Bspoke Underwriting Ltd on behalf of Watford Insurance Company Europe Limited and administered by Lawshield UK Limited, excluding A8, S8, RS models, and R8 models.
