You can rely on Jaguar's roadside assistance, whatever the situation, wherever you happen to be in the UK and Continental Europe. If your Jaguar is under warranty, a manufacturer trained technician will come to your location and look to solve the problem at the roadside. If the problem cannot be solved there and then, your car will be taken to our Jaguar Authorised Retailer.

If your car still can’t be repaired within the next four hours, Jaguar will organise and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 50 miles from home, your hotel accommodation will be covered.*

Jaguar Accident Assistance

Sometimes accidents happen, but you're in safe hands with Jaguar's Accident Assistance. It’s a complimentary accident support service provided to Jaguar owners by Jaguar, to look after you every step of the way.

So, if the worst should happen simply call Jaguar first on 0330 100 8702 before your insurer, and the rest will be taken care of. Your car will be taken to our Approved Jaguar Repair Facilities, using only genuine Jaguar parts, something other facilities and insurers can't guarantee, so you can get back on the road safely.

Terms and conditions: Jaguar Roadside Assistance is available across Continental Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding Aland), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, the Republic of Ireland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey. Financial limitations may apply in some cases - for details, please see your Warranty Benefits handbook. Please note that all calls to Jaguar Roadside Assistance are recorded to help us check anything that’s unclear or incomplete. Recordings may also be used for training. The Jaguar Accident Assistance service is available in the UK when you call Jaguar first on 0330 100 8702 following an accident, before your insurer. Accident recovery is provided for unroadworthy vehicles only. A courtesy car is provided subject to availability for accident repairs (excluding glass repairs/replacements) carried out by a Jaguar Authorised Bodyshop. Conditions and exclusions apply.
